If you can’t find exactly what you are looking for, we can enquire from our suppliers for custom manufactured USB memory-sticks to your specifications (minimum orders will apply). These can be ready in as little as 8 weeks. We also stock and brand accessories for the USB flash drives such as key rings, cases, lanyards, presentation bags, boxes and many more. On promotional items our company policy requires a minimum order of R 1 500 excluding VAT, which can include various items and not only USB flash drives.

USB flash drives can be branded in four different ways:

• Pad printing (works great on orders of 200 or more)
• Laser engraving (great for any metal items)
• Domed stickers (the printing method with the quickest turnaround time, also great for small orders).
• Digital printing (Computer to printer). In this case your price will be dictated by the size of the printing and not the number of colours in your design.

Choose the items you would like to purchase (check stock availability), then supply us with the product code, colour option, type of branding preferred, memory size and the quantity you require. Once you have made your selection please email all the relevant information after which we will send you a quotation.

Check whether you have your logo/design in a vector format, (saved as adobe illustrator (AI), Corel draw (CDR), portable document format (PDF) or encapsulated postscript (EPS). If you do not have your logo in any of these formats, our design team can re-draw your design at an additional cost of around R 150.00 – R 450.00, depending on the complexity of your design.

Once you have chosen your item and quantities and we have seen the complexity of your design we will be able to advise you on the best suited printing method for your order.

You can collect your order at of our office in Silverton. If you prefer, we can also courier your order to the following areas: Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand, Sandton, Fourways, Randburg, Roodepoort and the East Rand delivery will cost R120.00 excl. VAT. Our courier delivers to all major cities around South Africa at a rate of approximately R130.00 excl. VAT. Please add 2 working days for courier delivery. Please note that orders can only be couriered once full payment has been made. We can send you an image of your completed item if you request this before paying your full order.

In the unfortunate event that the products aren’t what we promised or if your branding does not correlate with the proof you have signed, we will collect the items and refund you in full.
